About Me

I am passionate about my work in the healing arts, and I am committed to sharing my knowledge and understanding to help others find harmony, health, and vibrancy in their lives.


My exploration in the ancient Vedic sciences first began in 2000 when I discovered Yoga. After developing my practice for more than a decade and a half, I became a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher in 2017. From there, I was lead to study Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, and became a Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor in 2018. I have continued to rely on these beautiful practices to maintain steadiness, balance, peace, and calm in my life. My deep soul work and understanding of the mind/body connection eventually brought me to the field of therapeutic massage and bodywork, and I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2018. Currently I am enrolled in a program to obtain my Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine with Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine.


I recently returned to my roots here on the Jersey Shore with my young daughter after spending 15 years teaching English in middle and high schools in San Francisco.


My healing modalities, classes, and workshops emphasize the connection between the mind, body, and soul, and work deeply with energy through the chakra system, meridians, marma point therapy, acupressure, and hands-on Reiki techniques.

Therapeutic Massage

A customized bodywork session tailored to a client's specific needs. May include deep tissue, myofacial release, trigger point therapy, gua sha, cupping therapy, assisted stretching, and relaxing Swedish massage. Prenatal and sports massage available.

*All treatments include aromatherapy with a personalized massage oil blend.



A healing session using hands-on White Light Reiki techniques to balance vital life force energy.

Can be incorporated into a Massage and Bodywork session or as a stand-alone treatment with the option to be on a table or in a chair fully clothed.



Ayurvedic initial consultations, follow-up sessions, and bodywork (reflexology, marma point therapy, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, etc) offer an individualized approach to health and wellness. Learn how to incorporate diet and lifestyle practices from this ancient Indian medical system and sister science of Yoga to restore balance, promote longevity, and bring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. 


Infrared Sauna

An infrared sauna session uses therapeutic heat to increase core body temperature which promotes weight loss, anti-aging, pain relief, relaxation, and detoxification on the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels. The infrared sauna can be incorporated into a Massage and Bodywork session or as a stand-alone treatment.

*This treatment includes Chromotherapy, the science of using colors to adjust body vibrations to frequencies resulting in health and harmony.



Private individual and group instruction in various styles including Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Prenatal, AyurYoga, and Yoga for specific injuries.

*Sessions can be held in either of the studio locations as well as in a client's home.


Private Events
